The green apple flavor tastes just like a candy I had as a kid, which made the 2g of sugar feel like a total win. I’ve been popping one after my afternoon meetings and my throat feels noticeably less scratchy, plus the propolis and zinc combo is a nice bonus for flu season.
The strawberry one is my favorite, but honestly all three are surprisingly good for something that's supposed to be good for you. I love that I can pop one in my mouth for a sore throat and know I'm getting zinc and vitamin D without any weird aftertaste or artificial stuff.
